Facts About Mukesh Ambani’s Antilia| $2 Billion Mumbai Mansion.

Antilia, the Mumbai home of business magnate Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Industries, is for sale. Mukesh Ambani’s home on South Mumbai’s Altamount Road, which was inspired by the mythical Atlantic Island, is regarded as the world’s second most expensive property after Buckingham Palace. The high-end mansion is expected to cost between $1 and $2 billion.

It Is Located In The Most Luxurious Area

The 400,000-square-foot structure is located on Altamount Road in South Mumbai, one of the most expensive addresses in the world. According to property trends, each property on Altamount road costs between Rs 80,000 and Rs 85,000 per square foot (as per the nos two years back).

Home With 27 Floors

Antilia was built by Leighton Holdings, an Australian construction company, and was designed by Chicago-based architects Perkins and Will. The structure has 27 floors and high ceilings. On average, each floor is the same height as a two-story building. Antilia can withstand a magnitude 8 earthquake.

Concept Design is based on natural elements

Antilia’s architectural design was inspired by the lotus and the sun. The top six floors of the building have been designated as private residential space. The Ambani residence includes a massive temple, numerous guest suites, a living room, an ice cream parlour, and a private film theatre.

Antilia Has 6 Floors for Car Parking

Mukesh Ambani has extremely high speed requirements. It’s no surprise that Antilia has six car floors, including a Rs 5 crore Maybach. The garage has a total capacity of 168 cars. The car service station is on the seventh floor of the building in Mumbai’s south. To address the need for speed, Antilia has 9 high-speed elevators, each assigned to a different floor.

Antilia Has a Snow Room

It takes some getting used to summer in Mumbai. Mukesh Ambani and his family, on the other hand, have a snowroom to help them beat the heat. Snowflakes fell from the manor house’s walls.
